Hi, I’m Wendy Athina Schottle, a Somatic Yoga Therapist, Ayurveda Yoga Specialist with over 12 years of experience helping people living with chronic stress, pain, and reawaken their mind body connection to relieve pain and find healing. Having lived with chronic pain, trauma, and loss, I know firsthand the value of what I teach and that we all have the innate ability to heal when we are curious, reconnect with our body, and reclaim our mind body connection. Wholeness is within reach-and it starts from within.
I offer individual sessions and specialty classes for pain/trauma resolution, transformation, & embodied living.
