Hi, I’m Wendy Athina Schottle, a Certified Yoga Therapist, Somatic Movement Educator, and Ayurveda Yoga Specialist with over 14 years of experience helping people living with chronic stress, pain, and trauma reclaim their mind body connection to relieve pain and find healing. Having lived with chronic pain, trauma, and loss, I know firsthand the value of what I teach and that we all have the innate ability to heal when we are curious, connect with our body, and reclaim our mind body connection. Wholeness is within reach-and it starts from within.
I offer individual sessions and specialty classes for pain/trauma resolution, transformation, & embodied living.
I have partnered with Vanashree Ayurveda and our studio is located on a beautiful nature preserve in Minnetonka, MN. Come join our holistic healing community!
