Move Without Pain Program
One-on-one program is individualized for you based on your specific patterns and personal goals. A minimum of 6-10 sessions and dedication to your home maintenance program is suggested for optimal results. New clients please schedule free 15 minute discovery call.


Individual Sessions

Transform your body and mind as you let go of stress, tension, & pain through hands on and guided somatic neuromuscular re-education techniques that bring your body back into alignment and balance in a gentle way.


Group Classes
Connect, learn, heal, and grow in a small group setting as you are guided through gentle somatic movement, breathing, and meditation that help you reset your nervous system, regain optimal movement patterns, relax your body & quiet your mind.

Hi, I’m Wendy Athina Schottle. My purpose is to support and nurture people through trauma, loss, transitions, and the unpredictable phases of life. Transforming pain into peace, hope, meaning, and purpose. Having lived with chronic pain, trauma, and loss, I know firsthand the value of what I teach and that we all have the innate ability to heal when we are curious, reconnect with our body and reclaim our mind body soul connection.

I offer individual sessions and specialty classes for pain/trauma resolution, transformation, & embodied living.
